INTRODUCING THE ACL TRUST

MENU

The ACL Trust is a dedicated reserve fund established to safeguard the long-term future of Austin City Limits and to provide multi-season stability and planning confidence. This is about legacy building.

Designed to strengthen financial stability, the Trust builds a protected reserve to support the operational and production continuity of future ACL seasons. Funds are raised and stewarded with clear financial oversight and spending policies to ensure Austin City Limits remains a vital national platform for live music for the next 50 years and beyond.

Austin City Limits is not simply a television show.

It is a cornerstone of Austin’s brand. And it deserves durable, locally anchored financial support. As the flagship series of Austin PBS, Austin City Limits is a defining cultural institution for our city and state.

At a time when public broadcasting stations nationwide are experiencing federal funding reductions, the ACL Trust provides long-term protection for the show that helps power our mission. We believe this cultural institution is too important to depend on revenue sources outside our community’s control. By securing ACL’s stability, we help sustain the broader educational, cultural, and community services Austin PBS provides across Central Texas.

Your investment ensures that artists continue to have a rare national stage for full, uncompromised performances, and that audiences everywhere can experience music discovery at its finest.

As a Founding Donor, your leadership will help secure the long-term future of Austin City Limits and reflect your association with one of Austin’s most respected brands.

Help us build a lasting legacy for Austin City Limits, a cultural institution our community knows, loves, and proudly calls its own.
